Are you ready to lead change in healthcare advocacy? Registered Nurses’ Union Newfoundland & Labrador (RNUNL) is seeking an Executive Director to champion the voices of registered nurses and nurse practitioners across Newfoundland and Labrador.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for:
- Planning, directing, and overseeing organization facets: finance/accounting, contracts (unionized and non-union staff), HR, management information systems, administration, and labor relations to fulfill the constitutional mandate.
- Formulating and implementing the organization’s vision and strategy, including financial policies, member support, and programs.
- Fostering effective internal and external communication and leading the digital strategy.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree (Business, Human Resources, Law, etc.)
- 10+ years of progressive career experience or an equivalent combination of education and practical expertise
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills
- The ability to guide a high-performing team and cultivate a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and you recognize the significance of sustainability and social responsibility for the organization.
