St. John’s – On June 2, the Registered Nurses’ Union Newfoundland & Labrador (RNU) is launching a hard-hitting, emotionally-charged media campaign to address the issues plaguing registered nurses and nurse practitioners and to showcase how these longstanding challenges are negatively affecting the health care system.
A nursing shortage, unsafe staffing practices and unfair working conditions are impacting RNU members and their patients. It’s a campaign that demands immediate change.
