About the campaign
RNU members are expert caregivers and essential pillars of a strong, resilient, responsive public healthcare system.
This campaign will:
- Strengthen public trust in RNs, RPNs, and NPs as expert professionals;
- Build visible public pressure for a fair, retention-focused collective agreement;
- Engage rural communities as key political influencers; and
- Prepare and support public understanding should job action become necessary.
Work will begin February 1, 2026, with all final materials delivered no later than June 1, 2026.
